Packages Terms and Conditions: 

• All purchased packages can get a full refund or be exchange within 14 days of purchase. 

• After the 14 days, no refunds or exchanges can be provided.

• For all packages , advance booking is required .Due to high demands we cannot guarantee appointments therefore, we strongly recommend that you book your sessions well in advance.

• All appointments are subjected to 48 hour notice of cancellation . Failure to provide notice will result in $50 fee which will be deducted from the package. (We prove 1 exception for everyone)

• For no show appointments we reserve the rights to charge full amount for one session

• Packages cannot be transferable to other people ​

Terms and Conditions for appointments​

• We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies of our Clinic. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting $50. We reserve the right to charge in full for appointments where the guest has not shown up to the appointment without any notice.
